Normal (healthy) weight 18.5 to 24.9
Overweight 25.0 to 29.9
Obese Class I (Moderately obese) 30.0 to 34.9
Obese Class II (Severely obese) 35.0 to 39.9
Obese Class III (Very severely obese) 40.0 or more
*Relative ranges are the same for both BMI and BMIT.
